Old-world pride. Neighborhood prices.

We come from the same blocks we work on — rowhomes, stoops and sidewalks that have seen generations of family dinners and summer nights on the step. That’s why we treat your concrete like it’s in front of our own house.

  • Straight answers. A written estimate with no surprise charges.
  • Done right underneath. Proper base, compaction and reinforcement — the parts you can’t see are the parts that matter.
  • Respect for your block. We protect what’s around the job and leave it cleaner than we found it.
  • We answer the phone. Before, during and after the pour.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers

Are estimates really free?

Yes. We come out, measure, talk through options and give you a written price. No pressure and no obligation.

Can you fix a city sidewalk violation?

Yes — that’s one of our most common jobs. Send us a photo of the notice and the sidewalk and we’ll quote the repair and walk you through what the city needs.

How soon can I walk or drive on new concrete?

Foot traffic is usually fine after 24–48 hours. Wait about 7 days before driving on it. Concrete keeps gaining strength for roughly 28 days, so go easy on heavy loads until then.

Do I need a permit?

Work on the public sidewalk, curb or a driveway apron usually requires a city permit, and some private work does too. We’ll tell you what applies to your job before we start.

Will my new concrete crack?

All concrete can develop hairline cracks — that’s why we cut control joints, so any cracking happens in the joint where you won’t see it. A solid base and proper reinforcement keep it to a minimum.

Do you pour in cold weather?

We pour year-round when conditions allow, using proper mix, blankets and timing in colder months. If the weather isn’t right, we’ll reschedule rather than risk your job.

How do I keep my concrete looking good?

Seal it every couple of years, avoid de-icing salts the first winter (use sand instead), and keep downspouts draining away from slabs.

Let’s pour something that lasts.
